왜 중요한가

• 같은 patch라도 “cover patch”와 “treatment patch”는 규제상 의미가 다를 수 있습니다.
• Health Canada의 interface guidance는 external use products가 cosmetic과 drug의 특성을 함께 가질 수 있다고 설명합니다.

무엇을 확인할 것인가

1. 주목적이 cover, protect appearance, improve the look of visible spots 인가?

2. 설명이 treat, heal, reduce inflammation, fight acne처럼 들리는가?

3. acne, healing, scar, medicated, clinical 같은 trigger가 있는가?

• 이 3개 중 2개 이상이 경계 쪽이면, 바로 계속 진행하지 말고 더 보수적으로 보는 것이 좋습니다.
